Cripps Recruitment Limited handles the confidential data of applicants seriously. As has always been the case, Candidates need to be registered with Cripps Recruitment Limited, thereby giving their express permission to Cripps Recruitment Limited, in order for Cripps Recruitment Limited to represent them. Candidates also need to give their express consent prior to each and every occasion that Cripps Recruitment Limited passes their confidential details to any third party such as a client. Registration can only occur following interview, completion of appropriate registration form, and completion of ID checks. However, all information submitted by prospective applicants on the website will be treated as confidential.

Cripps Recruitment Limited collects personal data on prospective and registered candidates. Data collected may include (but is not limited to) contact details, date of birth, email address, identification documents, cv, details of qualifications, and references. This data is collected via interview and questionnaire. This data is encoded and kept on a secure encrypted server. Data on individuals is held in order that Cripps Recruitment Limited complies with the Employment Agencies Act when placing candidates on an interim or permanent basis. Cripps Recruitment Limited will share some or all this information when authorised to do so by the candidate.

No data will be transferred outside of the EEA.
