GRADUATE ASSOCIATE – WEALTH CONSULTANCY FIRM

£25-30K + Study Support

 

 

This is fantastic opportunity for a high-achieving graduate with an interest in wealth management to join a growing wealth management/investment office located in Oxfordshire as an Associate. You will receive funded training for the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as well as paid study leave alongside exposure to all aspects of the business.

 

Your time will be split between the office near Banbury, client meetings in conjunction with a partner, in London and elsewhere, and studying and working from home. There will be both the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus and receive equity in the business after a defined period depending on performance.

 

Duties will include:

 

  • Attending client meetings, assisting with preparing and following up
  • Pitching to new clients as well as delivering quarterly performance reports to them
  • Driving brand recognition and working with marketing in relation to Linked In and Website
  • Helping develop systems and processes
  • Managing CRM system (training will be available) and using Excel skills to assist with reporting
  • Opportunity to learn wide range of client management and technical advice skills

 

Skills required:

 

  • First class presentation, written and communication skills
  • Recent Graduate with 1st or 2.1
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm to be on an exciting journey
  • An enquiring mind and the willingness to learn
  • Good Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
  • Interest in Wealth Management, Investments, and financial planning
